This one is driving me nuts. I try to pierce the sound to the source, but can't here. I see, so to say, "If thou be-ist" in the first lines of part 2, but can't tie it any further. But maybe it's better that I don't? Or maybe I'm looking for something that's not to be found?

It's probably a more personal project than first appears: rhythm being acutely personal especially as harbored by memory, and pronunciation being fragile, often something accompanied by recursive steps / reassurances, absent here. So these are lonely poems, riddled with mistakes!
