THINKING OUTSIDE THE BOX

You're Better Off
Without Breakfast!

Bad for your brain.

Eating breakfast disrupts
sleep, dreams,
zoning out, even thought, by
depriving your brain of the
stupor it needs to perform.
So, on average, people who
don't eat breakfast think faster, more
clearly, and have better ideas than
people who do.

Saps energy.

If you have a great idea at eight, eat
breakfast, and then try to think again at
noon, you've short-circuited your creativity
of the power it  needs to run on for 16
hours!  Eating even a tiny breakfast
breaks the supply and cheats your idea
of the juice it needs to perform.

Makes you fat.

If you eat breakfast you tend
to eat more later in the day —
starting out with food causes
you to want more food at lunch
and dinner.  Regular breakfast eaters
tend to eat more during other meals
because they need to feel more satisfied.

                                                                               more thoughts on thinking later
